Vlad Ciriches will be back on the field this year, although he is rumored to not play again in 2023

Vlad Ciriches was injured in the match between FCSB and UTA Arad (1:2) on August 28, and the medical staff of the Red and Blues reported at the time that the stopper had a minimal chance of playing again in 2023.

Ciriches suffered a serious muscle injury and the former Romania captain decided to consult some Italian doctors, who he also worked with during his time in Serie A.

After reading and interpreting the MRI and his health, they told him that not only would he not need surgery as originally thought, but he would be able to return in about two months.

This week, the FCSB medical staff made a decision to allow the 33-year-old player to go to the training ground to start running in individual mode.

After only a streak of 7-10 days, Chiriches gradually transitions to normal training with the other players.

Most likely, Chiriches will mark the first minutes after the injury in early November.
