Well, Luigi Kaztsavilian was a Romanian journalist, born and raised in Italy, who founded the newspaper Universul, one of the first daily newspapers published in Bucharest.

Born in 1852 in Arcignano, Italy, he fought as a young man as a volunteer in Giuseppe Garibaldi’s army, in the Italian Legion, and in the French army.

In 1877, Cazzavillian came to Romania as a military correspondent for some Italian publications.
