The management of Milan wants to offer Zlatan Ibrahimovic a role in Stefano Pioli’s staff

AC Milan opened the new UEFA Champions League season with a 0-0 draw with Newcastle at the San Siro.

Earlier this week, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was present at Milanello and held a discussion with the players following a poor result in the Dell’Madonnino Derby with Inter (5-1).

At the same time, the Italian press writes that this was not the only reason why Ibrahimovic came to the training base.

As reported by sempermilan.com, Milan management is considering offering Zlatan a role at the club or even in the staff under Stefano Pioli.

Gazzetta dello Sport writes that, most likely, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will become the ambassador of Milan. He was also present at the stadium for the match against Newcastle United.

In 163 matches for Milan, Ibrahimovic scored 93 goals and provided 35 assists.
