The first group stage of the Champions League began on Tuesday with eight games, but it did not bring any unexpected results. FC Barcelona took the score of the day, 5-0 at home against the Belgians from Antwerp.

“Barcelona” started the new Champions League season strongly, the Catalans beat the Belgians in Antwerp.

Joao Felix opened the scoring in the 11th minute, and Robert Levadowski doubled the lead eight minutes later.

It was 3-0 at halftime after Bataille scored an own goal.

In the second half, Gavi also scored in the 54th minute, and Joao Felix made a double and closed the scoring in the 66th minute.

After a scoreless first half, PSG opened the scoring against Borussia Dortmund in the 49th minute when Mbappe converted from 11 yards.

The final score in the 58th minute was set by Moroccan player Achraf Hakimi.

Even the holders of the Champions League had a difficult task in the first game.

Bukary’s 45th-minute goal gave Manchester City a half-time lead at home to Crvena Zvezda in Belgrade.

The second half brought a brace from Alvarez (47th and 60th minute) and Rodri’s 73rd minute goal gave Pep Guardiola’s men a comfortable victory.
