Rezvan Dragomir, the father of Roberta, the young woman killed on May 2 by drugged-out Vlad Pasku, reacted after reading a transcript of the prosecutor’s report that led to the preventive arrest of the boy’s mother, Miruna. Pasku
“After these transcripts, I have a request for Ms. Miruna to stop fooling around and accept her fate, just like during the 29 days we too, who lost our children, it’s hard, but we accept that our children are not me” I return home, don’t come in the door again. Stop the exposure. Money to various prosecutors is in brackets,” said Rezvan Dragomir on CNN’s Antena 3.
“Good or bad, but her child is alive, she is alive, everyone has to pay.”
On May 2, Roberta’s father made serious allegations against the prosecutor handling the case.
“Turning to the prosecutor from Mangalia, I don’t even want to mention her name, she is outdated and should allow others to apply the law. Shame on you, lady! Do not let the lawyers in, do not give them access to the case. First of all, to clean up in his yard, in Mangalia, with the policemen, stained and corrupted by Mihai Pasku. Yes, ma’am, to those who defy all,” Roberta’s father accused.
The distraught father says that Miruna Pascu is actually acting and is outraged that she dreams of her boy being free and Roberta and Sebi never coming home.
“And I really have a question for Mr. Mihai Pasku. Does this also somehow negate my daughter’s death? This is a personal question and I am very much looking forward to your answer. I’m not talking about drugs. Is there anyone to take care of these two idiots, Miruna and Mihai Paska, especially mrs. Miruna I would ask her to stop with the masquerade, with the crying.
I invite them again to the cemetery, to my child, then to the college where the children were, and Robert and Sebi, some kind, decent, respectful children, not like the beast they raised. And they want her to be free for what? Start over? Kill again,” said Rezvan Dragomir on CNN’s Antena 3.
Roberta’s father suspects that Miruna Pascu wants to use her money and influence to make his child run away.
“I also have a question. From these transcripts, what does Ms. Miruna want to do? In order to prolong the process as much as possible, it is possible to place the animal under house arrest and until what time? Has anyone noticed until Ms. Miruna doesn’t want to? Until he turns 21 years and 1 day. Question: why? Let them disappear in the USA or Canada,” said Rezvan Dragomir.

Miruna Paska, the mother of a 19-year-old boy who, under the influence of drugs, killed two young people on May 2, was taken into custody, prosecutors accused her of threatening a young woman from her son’s entourage that she would release incriminating information about her if she will deliver it.
Adrian Nedea, Miruna Pascu’s lawyer, said that she has already appealed the decision on preventive arrest.
“Vlad Pascu is in custody, his father is under judicial control, his mother is under preventive arrest. This is a dramatic situation for the whole family (…) The parents are divorced, they have one minor child at home,” said Miruna Pascu’s lawyer. He refused to answer journalists’ questions, saying that “in the near future” Miruna Pascu will issue a statement in which she will express her point of view.
“During the investigation, it became clear that the defendant (no – Miruna Pasku) consciously and deliberately exerted pressure to morally restrain the person, to induce him not to testify as a witness or to give false testimony in the case organized by DIICOT. – Territorial service of Constanta regarding the crimes of illegal possession of dangerous drugs for personal consumption”, – informs DIICOT.
Magistrates of the Bucharest Court also issued preventive arrest warrants for three young men who supplied Vlad Pascu with drugs. These are Tudor Duma, suspected of supplying drugs to Vlad Paska, and the one who broke into the Floreasca hospital pharmacy shortly before he was apprehended and taken to DIICOT for questioning, as well as Stefan Ciprian and Costin Antonio Constantin.

“It was noted that in the period from January to September 2023, those involved repeatedly kept and carried out trade in narcotics of increased and high danger. During the course of investigation, it was revealed that two of the accused were the main source of supply for the third, who was buying larger quantities which were then sold in doses,” DIICOT said in a statement sent on Friday.
Vlada Pascu was arrested in a case charging him with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident without police consent after he killed two students on May 2 while under the influence of drugs.

Mihai Pasku, the father of the 19-year-old boy, was placed under judicial control for failure to comply with the regime for the storage of weapons and ammunition, after allegedly illegally stored ammunition was found during a search of his home on Thursday morning. After leaving the hearing at DIICOT, Mihai Pasku nervously drove his motorcycle into a group of journalists present in front of the institution.
The accident on August 18 revealed shocking details. Vlada Paska was stopped by the police twice – the day before the tragedy, on the filter, and the same night. He was allowed to leave the police station without a drug test, even though drugs were found in his car and the car did not have valid RCA insurance. Less than an hour later, Vlad Pasku caused an accident.
