The Romanian authorities have sent RO-Alert messages to 8 settlements in Tulcea county, located near the border with Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense announced in the morning that based on the information received from the ISU Tulcea regarding telephone messages through the 112 service about possible cases of drones falling in the sector between the settlements of Nufăru, Malcoci and Valea Nucarilor in Tulcea county, army groups are investigating these situations.
MApN later reported that a Romanian army helicopter detected new fragments similar to military drones in the area of some settlements more than 15 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.

The city of Nuferu is 14-15 km from the nearest points to the border with Ukraine, and Victoria is 17-18 km from the border. Nufăru is located 10 km from the center of Tulcea.
The first two cases of finding the remains of drones on the territory of Romania were near the city of Plauru, located almost on the border, but Nuferu and Victoria are much further from the border.
In none of the three cases did Romania’s radars detect anything.
