A man from Cougir, Alba County, was sent to court for dozens of rapes and sexual assaults committed against minors. The husband’s wife was also brought to court for similar actions, and prosecutors established that one of the crimes was committed in the presence of their daughter, reports Alba24 and Agerpres.

The Prosecutor’s Office ordered the prosecution of the man, Claudio I.G., who is in pretrial detention, accused of rape, sexual violence and sexual corruption of minors.

What is said in the indictment:

• in the period from July 2017 to October 2018, taking advantage of the inability of the victim T.C. express valid consent expressed due to his young age (6-7 years), H.I.C. performed sexual acts and sexual relations with him. .
• in the period from January 2019 to March 2023, taking advantage of the victim T. A.’s inability to express valid consent, expressed due to her young age (8 years at the time of initiation), the defendant H.I.C. performed 14 acts of a sexual nature with her (which is part of the crime of sexual violence) and 17 acts of sexual intercourse, oral sex and other acts of vaginal penetration (which is part of the crime of rape);
• in the period from January 2016 to March 2022, the accused committed several acts of a sexual nature and committed oral sex in the presence of minor victims G.A. and T.C., who at that time were not yet 14 years old. One of the specified acts was committed together with the suspect H.A.V.’s wife, the facts contain signs of the crime of sexual abuse of minors;
• during 2022, despite the opposition formulated by the victim K.G., the defendant H.I.C. repeatedly committed several acts of a sexual nature against her, which are part of the crime of sexual violence;
• In the period from 2020 to February 2023, despite the opposition formulated by the victim T.D., the accused H.I.C. repeatedly committed several acts of a sexual nature against her, which are part of the crime of sexual violence.
• 04/19/2022 around 12:45, using the age of the victim N.E. (at that time 9 years old), the defendant H.I.C., pulled down her pajama pants below the buttock area (the victim remained undressed) and touched her. her left palm in the area of ​​the buttocks;
• At the same time, with the same indictment of the accused H.A.V., for committing the crime of sexual abuse of minors before. art 221 paragraph 3 Criminal Code, which consists in the fact that on July 1, 2016, he committed an act of a sexual nature with the defendant H.I.C., in the presence of the minor G.A., the daughter of the two.
