Jorge Wilda is no longer the coach of Spain – he was fired after the scandal with Rubiales

For several months, the players criticized the “dictatorial” methods of the coach, who enjoyed the direct support of Luis Rubiales.

Wilda supported the president of the RFEF after he kissed soccer player Jenny Hermoso at an awards ceremony, and the new management of the federation fired him, a decision that the technician “does not understand”.

“What do I feel? I feel as good as can be after winning the World Cup 16 days ago. Then, ten days ago, my contract was extended for five years with an increase in salary. And today I was fired, I think it’s unfair.

I have a clear conscience because I gave 100%. I do not applaud the gestures made in Sydney. Just like I don’t applaud anything that is misogynistic” – Jorge Wilda for Cadena Ser, quoted by AFP.
