Al Ittihad offer €233,000,000 for Mohamed Salah transfer from Liverpool

This summer, Saudi Arabian teams have spent huge sums to acquire players, but the sheikhs are not stopping and are preparing a transfer that could become history in the world of football.

Saudi Arabian champions Al-Ittihad made an offer for Mohamed Salah for around 160 million euros a few days ago.

The offer was rejected by Liverpool, but the current champion is not giving up and is ready to make Salah the most expensive player in the history of football.

According to Sportbible.com, “Al Ittihad” sent “Liverpool” an offer of 233 million euros, and if the Englishmen accept it, Mohamed Salah will become the most expensive player of all transfers.

The previous record belongs to Neymar, who was transferred by PSG from Barcelona in the summer of 2017 for no less than 222 million euros.

Mohamed Salah has been working in Liverpool since July 2017. The Cormorants then brought him from Roma for €42 million, and since then the Egyptian has made 308 appearances for the team at Anfield Road.

Since his time at Liverpool, Salah has scored 187 goals and provided 81 assists.

He recently became the third top scorer in the club’s history, overtaking the legendary Steven Gerrard.
