19-year-old Vlad Pasku, who caused a road accident at the resort on May 2, as a result of which two students died and three of their friends were hospitalized, is in a detention center. Pasku gave an interview to DIICOT in a case in which he is being investigated for drug possession. At the same time, the investigation launched by the Ministry of Internal Affairs revealed the mistakes of law enforcement officers on the night of the incident, namely two officers, two agents and a dispatcher. On August 29, 10 days after the accident, Adrian Gluge, the police chief of Constanta, also resigned.
