When ANAF Antifraud was created, there was an increase in nervous and mental overload. Later, it was abolished by another law (in 2017). This is a percentage of 20%, which is applied to the salary.

Although that raise no longer exists, some employees at the facility decided to sue the state to win it. Thus, to date, there are 264 cases registered, and these are 658 complainants.

Whether they will win or not remains to be seen.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Finance – ANAF currently has a 15% salary increase due to harmful conditions.

There is, however, in other institutions, that there is an increase in neuropsychological overload. For example, judges, assistant magistrates, court inspectors, specialized support staff also benefit from a 25% increase in risk and stress.

At the same time, pedagogical workers of education have 10% of the basic salary.

What is the salary of ANAF employees?

Salaries tend to vary by position, grades, and grades. For example, a service manager with more than 20 years of experience (2nd grade and higher education) has a salary of 12,512 lei gross (7,320 lei net – on hand), to which is added an allowance for harmful conditions of 1,820 lei.

A legal advisor with a score of 4 has 8,093 lei gross (4,735 lei net), to which he receives an allowance of 1,004 lei.

A specialist inspector of the 1st grade, 4th grade has 6999 lei (4094 lei) plus an allowance of 851 lei.
