Two British women who tortured and killed their friend’s parrot during a drinking binge have been jailed by a judge who described their cruelty as “unfathomable”, reports Guardian.

Tracey Dixon, 47, and Nicola Bradley, 35, sprayed Sparky, an African gray parrot, with Mr Muscle oven cleaner, painted it with gloss paint and tried to feed it to a dog before throwing it in the tumble dryer. it was on

Women blamed each other. Judge Archer sentenced them to 25 months each and said Dixon and Bradley “together they sadistically tortured and eventually killed Sparky. It is not clear how someone could treat an animal like this.”

After a night out on the town, Paul Crooks, Spracky’s owner, went and picked up the two women and took them to his home around 5:30 a.m. As the women continued to drink, the man went to bed.

He awoke at 8:30 a.m. to find women pouring shaving foam over the parrot’s cage. When he left the house to go shopping, he told the women to leave the bird alone.

When Crooks returned home, he saw women dressed in his clothes, and Sparky seemed motionless as his head hung limply from the cage.

After confronting the women, he learns that the parrot has been fed everything from Mr. Muscle to furniture spray.

As the parrot suffocated after being put in the dryer, one of the women twisted its neck.
