Vlad Pasku was taken to the Vama Veche-2 Mai police station on the night of Friday to Saturday, at 02:40, after he was spotted by a joint patrol of the police and gendarmerie on DN39, the driver and passengers were identified, and in the car , a shared cigarette and pills were found in a pack of cigarettes, IPJ Constanța head Adrian Gluge said on Monday.

According to him, the 19-year-old boy was taken by a special vehicle to the Vama Veche-2 Mai police station, where he was tested on a breathalyzer – the result was zero. He was also not drug-tested, although illegal substances were found in his car. Vlad Pask was allowed to leave the police around 04:30. At 05:25, an accident occurred in which two young people aged 20 and 21 years were killed, and three more were injured.

Tests conducted after the accident showed that Vlad Pasku had used cocaine, amphetamine and methamphetamine, different types of drugs than those found in his car.
