“The Federation of Tourist Employers of Romania (FPTR) is launching the autumn edition of the “Coast for All” program, thanks to which Romanians can stay in classified hotels and guesthouses in Black Sea resorts from 35 lei per night. The “Coast for All” program, now in its 42nd edition, takes place from September 1 to 30, 2023 and is aimed at all tourists who want to spend a vacation on the local coast in the off-season. Currently, 48 hotels from all sea resorts have joined the program, offering tourists about 5,000 places to stay overnight.
“Before the effective start of the program on September 1, we estimate that more than 100 units will enter this program so that more than 40,000 tourists can take advantage of the reduced rates at the seaside in September,” the patronage notes.
Seats will be sold directly by hotels, as well as through partner travel agencies and their intermediaries.
“Based on the bookings made so far, we expect September to be a busy month on the Romanian coast. The high interest shown by tourists encourages hotel owners to keep accommodation establishments open until the end of September,” says Dragos Reducan, president of the Federation of Tourist Employers of Romania.
In the “Litoral for all” program, the cost of accommodation for one night starts from 35 lei per day, per person, the cheapest package, without meals, that can be purchased in a 2-star hotel in the Eforie Nord resort, if the accommodation is purchased for at least 5 nights. 2-4 star hotels were included in this program, hoteliers offered tariffs for all categories of tourists.
“Tourists have every reason to choose a beach vacation in the off-season. First, the prices are much lower than in the height of the season, and we expect both those who did not manage to get to the sea in the middle of summer and tourists who still want to relax at sea. take advantage of this opportunity. In recent years, we have become accustomed to the fact that the weather is with tourists in September, so according to current weather forecasts, they will be happy with sunny days on the beach until the end of the month,” added the representative of FPTR.
“Litoral for all” is the only social program in Romania that is fully supported by the business environment, respectively patronages of domestic hotels.
