
The Venus Water Park from May 1 (District of Bihor) officially opens on Saturday, August 19 this year, after almost 2 years of work, which required a complete restoration of the beach and an investment of 14 million euros. The complex is part of the portfolio of Turism Felix SA, which belongs to the investment fund Transilvania Investments.
The newest water park in the western part of the country awaits its customers with a complete offer of leisure. On an area of 4.3 hectares, tourists will discover 6 pools with thermal water or heated water, for swimming or equipped with water massage or jacuzzi systems. Another 2 swimming pools are designed for children, who can also have fun on the equipped playgrounds. A fast food restaurant and sports fields allow customers to plan a fun day for the whole family.
“With the grand opening of the Venus Water Park, we are establishing a new recreation destination that can contribute to the development of domestic tourism“, he says Dear Roshka, executive president of Transilvania Investments. “For the coming years, our strategy is to establish Turism Felix as the most important spa tourism operator in Romania and to create synergies between the offer here and other important assets that the fund owns in this sector.”
The 5 hotels and 2 beaches owned by Turism Felix are the main tourist destination in the county of Bihor, which manages to attract thousands of tourists every year, interested in the offers of treatment, leisure or business. Access to natural resources of thermal water allows to work during the year with almost all assets in the portfolio.
As part of its development strategy, Transilvania Investments recently launched a recruitment campaign for the position of CEO of Turism Felix SA, the future manager’s role was to implement a long-term vision aimed at positioning the company among the leading Romanian tourism operators. .
