CFR Cluj are under a transfer ban after losing a dispute with Rodger (a former player at the club), but the Transylvanian outfit have announced the signing of the full-back.

Rion Zeynullagu signed for CFR on the same day the club was banned.
The 19-year-old Swiss-born (of Kosovar descent) Zeynullagu played for youth sides Rapperswil-Jona and Grasshopper Zurich. He later played for the youth team of FC Lucerne.
