There are traffic jams at the Nădlac I and Nădlac II checkpoints on Saturday morning at the entrance to the country, at Nădlac II there are queues of cars waiting for an hour to leave for Hungary. The border police recommends that car drivers use other checkpoints on the western border.

According to the online application of the border police, on Saturday morning, cars are waiting for an hour to go through customs formalities both to enter and to leave the country through the Nădlac II checkpoint.

Six roads are open for cars in the direction of entry, four in the direction of exit. “Recommendation: to avoid traffic jams, you can also use other border crossing points,” the source was quoted as saying by News.ro.

And at the Nădlac border crossing at the entrance to the country there is congestion, the average waiting time is one hour, and at the exit cars wait 40 minutes.

At the border with Bulgaria, at Giurgiu, cars wait 50 minutes to leave the country, at Vama Veche – 40 minutes, while at Negro Voda, Ostrov and Calafat, the average waiting time to leave the country is half an hour.
