
​Elderly people living in a Voluntary facility rented by the Association of St. Gabriel the Brave had to endure the heavy smell of urine and faeces coming from the septic tank of the building in which the house was located. The situation was noticed by the neighbors who complained that the air became unfit for breathing even for them. In court, the representatives of the association admitted that the villa where the nursing home was located was not connected to the public sewage system.
A year and a half ago, several owners who own a building next to the dormitory rented by the Association of St. Gabriel the Brave, went to court to force the defendants to fix the sewage problem, as well as asking for moral damages for the nightmare they experienced.
