Adrian Mannarino defeated Christopher Eubanks at ATP Mallorca
Without main favorites Stefanos Tsitsipas and Alejandro Davidovich Fokin, who have already been eliminated from the round of 16, the final in Mallorca came face to face with two surprises.
Eubanks (77 ATP) played a perfect first set, led 3-0 and gave his opponent only one game until the end.
Fourth seed Adrian Mannarino was unable to match the American even in the second set, although he attempted a timid comeback, and the Frenchman remains with titles won in Hertogenbosch in 2019 and Winston-Salem in 2022.
On the other hand, for Christopher Eubanks, who is now 27 years old, it was the first ATP final in his career.
The Majorca Championship was held from June 24 to July 1 in Spain, on grass, and is part of the ATP 250 category. Its total prize money is 915,630 euros, and the title champion was Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas.
