Stefanos Tsitsipas, Twitter and Fan Criticism: “My Modern Philosopher”

In the latest post on Twitter, Tsitsipas talks about the mundanity of work during the week, and netizens do not understand why the athlete, who is ranked 5th in the ATP ranking, thinks this way.

“Life is a constant cycle of looking forward to the weekend and then dreading Mondays. It’s like a roller coaster with very long dips and short peaks” – Stefanos Tsitsipas on Twitter.

The fan reminded Tsitsipas that he had more important things to think about, such as defending the Mallorca title he won in 2022.

“Focus on your game this week, don’t think about the weekend or Paula (without Badosa, his girlfriend), you have a title to defend Steph,” said the fan.

Other messages received by Tsitsipas:

  • He is literally a tennis player, why does he act like he has a 9 to 5 job?
  • It really doesn’t apply to the professional player.
  • Stefanos Tsitsipas, my modern philosopher.
  • Tsitsipas stopped taking old quotes and started stealing from ChatGPT.
  • This guy tweets like he’s not a top 10 tennis player in the world. Your Mondays are completely different than mine, giant.

The current champion of Mallorca (ATP 250) Stefanos Tsitsipas will meet the German Janik Hanfmann (48 ATP) in the 1/8 finals.
