An incident was also recorded during the movement of the motorcade: a protester ran into the street, but was quickly chased away by the authorities, who put an end to the brief chaos.

By the way, alcoholic drinks were heated up before the court. Earlier, a brief altercation between a Trump supporter and a counter-protester drew a crowd of onlookers. Supporters of the former president were in the majority here, but anti-Trump protesters, a vocal minority, held signs such as “Lock him up.”

On the way to the airport, Trump’s motorcade made a surprise stop at Cafe Versailles, a famous Cuban restaurant in the Little Havana neighborhood. As the former president stood among his fans and smiled while taking a series of selfies, a number of mobile phones could be seen raised in the air.

Trump then told the owner to provide “food for everybody” at his side, before the crowd erupted in “Happy Birthday” to the former president, who turns 77 on Wednesday.
