The second annual reception was held in recognition of Mr. Vardinogiannis’ contributions to business and philanthropy. The event took place on Tuesday at the Zappeion Megaro as part of the ATHINA23 events. and Mr. Vardis I. Vardinogiannis was awarded the prize for all his work.

THI President Andrew N. John S. Koudunis, THI Executive Committee Member and President of ATHINA23, was the one who presented the award to Mr. Vardinogiannis. “My election as President of ATHINA23 is a great honor for me. Tonight was probably our most successful event in Athens to date, highlighting the great work of The Hellenic Initiative. Dear Mr. Vardis I. Vardinogiannis tonight, as well as his family, have supported and contributed to many initiatives to strengthen Greece, including several THI actions,” he said, among other things.
