Two-time champion of Paris (2016 and 2021) Novak Djokovic qualified for the semifinals of the Roland Garros tournament.

The former world leader took 3 hours 43 minutes to overtake Karen Kachanov (11 ATP), at the end of a match that started well for the Russian athlete.

Kachanov won the first set 6-4, but lost the next 3 sets, the second in a tiebreak.

In the semifinals, Nole is waiting for a fiery duel. Two-time Roland Garros champion Djokovic will face either Stephanos Tsitsipas (5 ATP) or Carlos Alcaraz, the current leader of the ATP hierarchy.
