
The funding session for the Northwest Photovoltaic Greenhouse program sold out within three minutes of registration opening, with more than 12,000 people accepted. In 2023, the program was very successful, and in all sessions the budget was exhausted within minutes.
What does the AFM say?
Today, June 6, 2023, the registration session for individuals in the Photovoltaic Green House program for the North-West region – the counties of Bihor, Bistrica-Neseud, Cluj, Salai, Satu Mare and Maramures – started.
The budget of 240,020,000 lei allocated to this region was fully reserved in the first three minutes by registering the number of 12,001 people.
“Today, including registration in the program for half of the country’s regions, we have registered more than 43,000 individuals who wish to become prosumers with the financial support of the Environment Fund Office. Registration will continue according to the calendar for other regions as well,” said the president of AFM, Laurenciu-Adrian Neculaescu.
Program calendar
The total budget allocated to the “Green Photovoltaic Building” program is 1.75 billion lei.
Financing is provided in the amount of a maximum of 20,000 lei for each project, subject to the beneficiary’s own contribution of 2,000 lei.
The amount financed by AFM is deducted by the verified installer from the total invoice value, and the difference to the total invoice value is covered by the beneficiary from its own financial sources.
The first registration session for individuals took place on May 19, for Bucharest – Ilfov, with a budget of 100 million lei. The second session was held on May 24 for the Central region, and the third on May 29 for the Northeast region with a budget of 279 million lei.
The next session will be held on June 9 for the Southeast region with a budget of 212 million lei.
Those from the South Muntenia region (budget 280 million lei) will be able to register on June 14, while June 19 will be the day of registration for the South-West region.
Registration will be allowed for the Western region on June 22, June 26 is the last day for individuals. Religious institutions will be able to register on June 27, 28 and 29.
For regions where check-in will take place over 3 consecutive business days, check-in starts at 10:00 AM on the first day and ends at 11:59 PM on the third day.
For regions where the 3 working days scheduled for entrant registration are separated by non-working days, the registration start/end time is: on the first day: 10:00 – 23:59, on the second day: 0:00 – 23:59 and on the third day: 0:00 – 23:59.
