
Meteorologists have issued a yellow code, which warns of storms and showers in the mountains and in the counties located in the south and east of Transylvania, and is in effect throughout Monday.
According to the ANM, in the time period from 12:00 to 22:00 locally there will be periods of increased atmospheric instability, which will be manifested by frequent electrical discharges, showers, hail and increased wind, in the mountains and in the south and east of Transylvania.
In short periods of time (1 – 3 hours), the volume of water will be 20 – 25 l/m2, and in some cases more than 30 l/m2.
The counties that have been warned are: Bihor, Cluj, Hunedoara, Arad, Alba, Sibiu, Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, Bistrica-Neseud, Niamz (western half), Suceava (western half) and Maramures.
In Bucharest, the weather will be mostly good, the sky will be changeable, the wind will be weak and moderate. The maximum temperature will be 26-27 degrees. (Agerpress)
