In her complaint, Victoria Valentino claims that Bill Cosby would have her and her friend swallow the pills before taking them to the office. There, the 80-year-old model says she passed out and was sexually assaulted when she woke up.

Victoria Valentino then told Bill Cosby that she wanted to “go home.” In the complaint, she also notes that she “couldn’t give her consent” at the time, being “physically powerless.” According to the model, the trauma caused by this aggression affected not only her, but also “her children and grandchildren.”

“Hopefully for the truth, I hope this will be a legacy for my family and show victims that hope and healing are possible,” she said in a statement to People.

Bill Cosby played the ideal father to millions of Americans on “The Cosby Show” from 1984 to 1992, but his reputation was tarnished by allegations of rape, sexual harassment and sexual assault beginning in the 1960s.

In total, about 60 women have publicly accused Bill Cosby of being a calculating sexual predator who used alcohol and sleeping pills for decades to abuse his victims.

Bill Cosby has always denied these allegations, making sure that all reports were consistent.

In 2018, the comedian was convicted of sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, a woman he invited to his home in 2004. But in 2021, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned that conviction.

In 2022, Bill Cosby was also convicted of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 1975 when she was 16 years old. He was ordered to pay $500,000 in restitution.
