Through the digital portal my AADE (myAADE.gov.gr), in the system of the Register of Property (Declaration E9 / ENFIA) new certificates are issued from June 1 LIGHTaccording to Law 5036/2023.

The new ENFIA certificates make it easier for citizens to transfer real estate for a good reason (sale), as they only confirm that a particular property is included in the ENFIA declaration (E9) and their issuance does not require the applicant to pay or be legally released from the ENFIA arrears.

In particular, the decision of the Governor of the Independent State Revenue Authority, Giorgos Pitsilis (A 1085/2023), in relation to property owners, individuals and legal entities, establishes the following for new certificates:

• their type, content and duration
• release process
• persons responsible for applying for and obtaining a certificate
• cases in which it is required.
