The spreading plain, blossoming flowers, the scorching sun, the voices and laughter of those gathered in the courtyard of the Eleonas Narcological Center for Prisoners Thebes (KATKETH) they didn’t make you feel like you were through the gates of the prison.

The last rehearsals of the theatrical performance, prepared by the treated prisoners, were completed in the multifunctional room. The guests asked curiously about the content of the show. But no one was prepared for what was to come.

One of the participants hears voices. He comes out with a confused, but at the same time happy look, to see, get to know and introduce himself to the public.

“Hi, I’m Kaiser, 135 days clean,” he says, getting all eyes on him. He’s new to the rehab program, only four months old.
