Cosmin Olerou won trophy number 3 with Al Sharjah.

The team coached by the Romanian coach won the League Cup in the United Arab Emirates with a 2-1 win over Al Ain.

Oleroa’s team conceded a goal in the 30th minute after Autonne Quadio’s phase ended, but Brazilian Luasinho restored the tie in first-half extra time (min. 45+3). Also in the first half, more precisely in the 10th minute of extra time, Kayo gave Al-Sharjah the advantage.

It was the final score that took the 53-year-old coach to 11 trophies abroad.
