The Public Domain and Urban Development Authority (ADPDU) Sector 6 is inviting a tender for PDSER for exotic plant maintenance services in greenhouses located at Drumul Taberei Park.
The estimated total cost of the contract is 2,406,360 lei. The duration of the contract, concession, framework agreement or dynamic procurement system is 24 months, writes Agerpres.
Regarding the award criteria, the two technical components account for 9% each, and the financial component accounts for 82%.
The deadline for receiving proposals or applications for participation is June 29 at 3:00 p.m.
The Town Hall of Sector 6 completed the construction of the greenhouses at Drumul Taberey Park in autumn 2019 and they were opened to the public after almost 4 years of waiting. The construction and arrangement of greenhouses with exotic plants cost about 25 million lei, and for their maintenance during the next 4 years, the municipality of sector 6 had to pay about 4.3 million lei.
The greenhouses consist of seven buildings, each of which has plants characteristic of tropical, Mediterranean, desert, equatorial zones, as well as a greenhouse with palm trees.
The seven exhibition pavilions have 4,000 plants from 300 species, all brought from different sunny corners of the world, including a 300-year-old olive tree, as well as banana, orange and tangerine trees, ADP Sector 6 said.
Access to the greenhouses is free, but visits will only be with a guide, as part of organized tours. It is not possible to visit the greenhouse on Monday and Tuesday.
