Another spring season has been successfully completed Bonhams auction in Greece, with sales reaching 85% of projects and a turnover of 3,700,000 euros. From the works of the 20th century stood out “Three Philosophers” (1937) by Nikos Eggonopoulos, a 1937 painting thought to be lost and recently discovered in Athens. It was sold for €416,000, far more than the original estimate (€150,000–€200,000).
