DISSATISFACTION: CONDITION WITH SALARY.

“As a result of the failure of all the steps taken by the management of CNSAS in the matter of wages, the employees of our institution are in a discriminatory position compared to their colleagues from other public institutions of the central public administration, since the entry into force of Law 153/2017, a fact that created and continues to cause a state of deep dissatisfaction, treatment of a lower category of civil servants,” the document says.

CLAIMS:

  • The immediate application of the provisions of Law 153/2017 and the establishment for all CNSAS employees of the maximum salary scale, which should have been applied on 01.01.2022 and which is not applied even as of the date of writing this press release;
  • Calculation of the allowance for harmful conditions in the amount of 15%, as provided by the orders on the appointment to work, respectively, by individual labor contracts;
  • Provision of a 15% bonus to the basic salary for the complexity of the work.
  • Back in 2018, our institution initiated approaches to both the Romanian Parliament and the Romanian government to address the pay gap, which did not yield any results. At the same time, each initiative was rejected on the grounds that these discriminations would be eliminated in the next legislative initiative.
