In recent days, the Federation of Public Hospital Workers of Greece has become the recipient of complaints about obstacles to the exercise of the right to vote of doctors working in remote medical facilities.

According to the Federation in a document that it sent to the political leadership of the Ministry of Health, Minister of the Interior Kalliopi Spahn and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, it received complaints “from permanent, specialized and rural doctors from various regions.” countries, according to which the administrations of hospitals and medical districts refuse to issue electoral cards to doctors, citing urgent business need.
