The 18-year-old driver obtained his driving license at the end of April and was caught by radar at 13:28 on Tuesday while traveling at a speed of 207 km/h on a section of the A3 highway in Brasov. county, in the Râşnov district.

“In the case, the driver was fined according to the provisions of the law and deprived of the right to drive for a period of 120 days from the moment of identification of the person who caused the continued movement of the vehicle by another person,” IPJ Brasov officials sent.

According to traffic laws, the maximum speed allowed outside built-up areas for vehicles whose drivers have less than a year of driving experience is 20 kilometers per hour lower than the maximum speed of the vehicle being driven.
