The first arrest was made yesterday Monday shortly before midnight at the Tropicana store for noise pollution. In particular, police officers detained a 27-year-old temporary store manager because he had put into operation a stereo device connected to amplifiers and speakers that played music and caused noise pollution.
As it turned out during the corresponding control, the sound level was measured at the level of 97.8 dB.
About an hour later, shortly before 13:00, a second arrest was made, this time at the Aromat store.
Leaders of EL.AS. handcuffed a 42-year-old interim store manager because he had put a stereo system into operation, while he did not have a license to extend the use of musical instruments from the competent authority, violating the permitted mode of operation of music.
