It is reported that Lukashenka’s convoy arrived at the hospital around 19:00, at which time access to the clinic was closed and the roads leading to it were guarded by armed forces.

Lukashenko was seen in public in Moscow celebrating Victory Day with Russian President Vladimir Putin, where his apparent physical frailty drew attention.

He missed the official dinner with Putin due to health problems.

Reuters notes that Lukashenko looked “tired and a little unsteady on his feet, and a bandage was visible on his right arm … although he otherwise showed no obvious signs of illness.”
