Five minors were arrested of their own free will by police officers of the Chalcedon Security Department in the prefecture Thessalonikiaccused of attempted theft.

Young people illegally entered an abandoned house, but they were noticed by a neighbor who immediately reported to the police. In the course of an inspection carried out on them, three bicycles were found and confiscated, the possession of which they could not justify. Further investigation revealed that one of the bicycles had been confiscated from the citizen at the beginning of the month, when it was assigned to him.

In addition, a case of neglect of minors has been initiated against the parents of the perpetrators, which will be referred to the competent prosecutor’s office.
