The Families Investigation Independent Committee of Technical Advisers has begun mapping the positions of the victims of the Tempe vehicular tragedy in order to assess as accurately as possible the conditions that led to the injuries and deaths in each car of the train.

We want to see if people were burned or killed by the impact. That is the cause of death,” he concluded.
