65-year-old man jailed after being convicted by the Joint Court of Appeals Thessaloniki V 7 years in prison for seducing the 6-year-old daughter of neighbors.

The case was solved in 2018 in the Pella area, when a minor told her parents about what was going on. They appealed to the prosecutor’s office, as a result of which his arrest followed.. The case was done on period from 2016 to 2018.

In the first instance, the defendant was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but pending the decision of the Court of Appeal, he was released on parole.

In his testimony before the Court of Appeal, he denied the accusation, stressing that it was a fabrication.
