London’s Arsenal moved back to within one point of leaders Manchester City after beating Newcastle away, while United lost to West Ham after a blunder from goalkeeper De Gea.

Mikel Arteta’s men remain close to the leaders after their second consecutive victory in the 35th round of the Premier League.

Martin Odegaard opened the scoring in the 14th minute with a shot from outside the box that caught goalkeeper Pope by surprise.

The Gunners won in the 72nd minute, when Shar scored in his own goal after Martinelli’s cross.

West Ham – Manchester United 1-0, Premier League

Manchester United are currently in the last place to secure Champions League qualification, but that place is no longer up for grabs after Sunday’s defeat.

The only goal of the game came in the 27th minute from Mohamed Said Benrama, whose shot at goal was inexplicably blocked by David De Gea.
