Andrea Compagno, the goal scorer, is unsure about the match against Sepsi

Leaders FCSB are chasing another title after a long layoff and a win against Sepsi would leave the Romanian runners-up just three points behind leaders Farul Constanta.

In the pre-match press conference, head coach Elias Charalambous announced that Andrea Compagno is not certain for this match and Malcom Ejuma will be out for the rest of the season.

The Italian forward is the second top scorer in the Super League with 19 goals, one behind speedster Marko Dugandzic.

“We know that we will meet a very good opponent. There are quality and talented players here. Of course, it will be a difficult match. We have to be focused from start to finish. We know we will suffer, but we have to give everything to take all the points.

Sepsi played at a high level in all matches. He did not reach the Cup final thanks to luck. We must be very careful.

Let’s see if Andrea Compagno can play. He has problems with his leg. We have to see if he is fit tomorrow. And you know the problems of Edjouma. Otherwise, all players are fine” said Elias Charalambousaccording to VSP.

FCSB will face Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe at home in the seventh round of the Superliga playoffs on Monday at 21:00.
