The management of the University of Cluj announced on Friday that Arthur Manuel de Souza “Nene” Reis, the scout who discovered Radamel Falcao, Antoine Griezmann, Ruben Neves, Joao Felix or Alfonso Davies, among others, will work in Transylvania.

With more than 30 years of scouting experience, the Portuguese has worked with such big teams as Porto, Leicester, Inter Milan, Red Bull Salzburg or PSG.

In addition to coordinating the scouting department of the University of Cluj, Reis will also head the Red Caps academy.

“It is an honor for me. I am proud of the role I will play in the team. I will do what I know best.

With honesty and respect for the club, I will try to do everything as well as possible, and what is good for me, I know, will also be good for the club,” said Nene Reis in an interview for the club’s official website.
