More than 22 kg of heroin, which was supposed to be sent to the dens of drug addicts, were identified and seized by the police officers of the General Affairs Department of the Anti-Narcotics Department of the Thessaloniki Security Directorate as part of the investigation of the crime. a well-organized network of drug storage and trafficking in large quantities in Greece.

The case involved the arrest of a 27-year-old gang member who was spotted driving a car on the national road network with the help of PATHE police officers. and the crew of a patrol car of the Direct Action Directorate of Thessaloniki were stopped at the height of the Malgari toll road.
