One person was detained in the case of car theft in Haidari. 60 years who tried to rape 34 years. A criminal case has been opened against him raperobbery and illegal violence.

In accordance with Greek policethe detainee met her 34 years at a bar in Drapezon, and as they left the store, he offered to take her home in his car.

The 34-year-old man got into the car, but the defendant started moving towards his house instead of her house, simultaneously blocking the fuses of the car, as a result of which the woman could not escape.

Upon arrival at his home, located in a car park in Haidari, the 60-year-old man forced the woman inside and locked the door, depriving her of her freedom.

While the victim was trying to escape, the defendant prevented her by attacking her, while he himself tried to rape her. After that, the woman managed to free herself, and with the help of a passing truck driver, the emergency center was informed about this.

An immediate patrol car and police officers from the Haidari Security Department immediately went to the scene and, using the information provided by the 34-year-old woman, searched for and located the arrested accused.

The detainee was taken to the prosecutor’s office in Athens.
