A man from Ilfov county barricaded himself in the house with his 5-year-old son after assaulting his wife and kicking her out. The police are heading to his house, News.ro reports.
“On May 4, 2023, a woman reported to IPJ Ilfov that her husband had beaten her and kicked her out of the house. The man barricaded himself in the house together with his 5-year-old minor son,” Romanian police said on Thursday evening.
The source said that the police from Ilfov, SIAS-IGPR fighters, as well as the ISU crew went to the scene.
“So far, the man has no appeals. Measures are ongoing, and our main goal is the safety of the minor,” the source said.
