At noon on Thursday, a traffic accident occurred on the island of Aegina, as a result of which three minor children who went on an excursion to the island were injured.
According to EL.AS, everything happened when the handbrake was released on one of the buses, as a result of which it rolled onto another bus that was at the scene. At that moment, 15-year-old children were disembarking, as a result of which three schoolchildren were “sandwiched” between two cars and were injured.
The wounded were taken to the Island Health Center for first aid and will be transferred to a hospital in Athens. According to information, three children were not seriously injured.
