In the invitation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands announced that Zelenskyi will deliver a speech entitled “There is no peace without justice for Ukraine.”

On Wednesday, Zelensky was in Helsinki, Finland.

The surprise visit to the Netherlands will be the first for Zelenskyi, who has made several trips abroad since Russia’s February 2022 invasion.

Speaking at a press conference in Finland, NATO’s newest member, Zelensky said one of the reasons for his trip to Helsinki was his country’s desire to become a full member of the military alliance.

Here he said that Ukraine would soon launch a counteroffensive against Russian forces and that he was confident that the West would later provide Kiev with modern military aircraft.
