Emma Reducanu will be out of the WTA circuit for a long time.

The athlete, who recently dropped out of the WTA top 100, announced on her Instagram profile that she is going to undergo several surgeries, on two hands and an ankle, and will be out of the circuit for a long time.

Emma Reducanu was also supposed to participate in the WTA tournament in Madrid, but she withdrew due to medical problems.

“I can say that the last 10 months have been difficult because I have been dealing with the recovery of the injury of both hands. I’ve been doing my best to deal with the pain and play through it for most of this year.

Since the end of last year, when I drastically reduced my training time and ended the season early to try to heal, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough.

They will have minor surgery on both hands to address these issues. I’m disappointed to report that I won’t be able to play for the next few months, and if I pull through I’ll be facing minor surgery that I also need on my ankle.

It hurts me that I will miss the tours this summer and I tried to minimize those problems, so thanks to all my fans who supported me when they didn’t know what was going on. I can’t wait to see you all again.” – said the sportsman.
