In the area of ​​the prefecture of Attica, a robber was discovered and arrested, who “raised” an apartment in Kalamaria. Thessaloniki 300,000 euros, about 100,000 euros worth of jewelry and 3 electronic devices (tablets).

This is a 35-year-old foreigner who was found and arrested on the basis of a warrant in the context of cooperation police officers of the Kalamaria Security Department with the policemen of the Crime Prevention and Suppression Department of the Attica Security Directorate.

The burglary, according to the related complaint, took place in November 2022, when a window was broken in the apartment of a 33-year-old woman, a search was carried out and money and jewelry were seized.

In the presence of a representative of the judiciary, a search was carried out in the apartment where a 35-year-old man lived, where they found a number of door keys from different companies, a key-making machine, items that facilitate the theft of houses with a lock and mobile phones, which he used in the context of his criminal activities.

In addition, a small amount of narcotics was found, for which a separate file was opened by the Korydallos Security Police.

The detainee will be taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
