The trade union leader appeared in the case of deprivation of liberty and hooliganism, where he appears as a victim. The case is still pending in the Rakar court.

According to the data in the file, in 2019, Andriy Pantya, who at the time worked in the Rakari Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Department, intervened with four other police officers on a 112 call made by a young woman who was in a difficult situation. She complained that her father and brother were assaulting her and two Rakari police crews and an ambulance attended the scene.
